The Oceanic Probe HLC BCD is for scuba divers who prefer a more traditional jacket styled dive BCD. Great for recreational diving, the Oceanic Probe HLC also appeals to the technical divers. It has tech in all the right places. The Oceanic Probe HLC stands for High Lift Capacity which is due to the patented Bioflex material used in the manufacture of the air bladder. When deflated the bladder is more streamlined in design than conventional BCD bladders. When the Oceanic Probe HLC BCD is inflated, the lift factor is up to 60 pounds (lift factor of the extra large size).
The QLR3 integrated weight system accommodates up to 20 lbs plus dual 5 lbs rear weight pouches for improved in-water positioning. The Oceanic Probe HLC BCD includes stainless steel welded d-rings, integrated instrument retractor mount and Spinner Knife mounting grommets. (retractor and knife are not included). The 2 over-sized zippered main pockets pockets easily accommodate a light, extra mask, pocket snorkel, reel, or signaling device. The Oceanic Probe HLC BCD has an adjustable depth compensating cummerbund for additional safety and comfort.
