The Oceanic VEO 3.0 has all the qualities that the demanding diver has come to expect from Oceanic: ruggedness, state of the art features & technology, and menus & options that are easy to use & understand. This convenient "hockey-puck" style computer module is available in either a wrist or console mount, and features Oceanic’s well known Dual Algorithm capability.
The Oceanic VEO 3.0’s impressive list of advanced features include easy navigation of menus and features with its 3 button design and ability to step forward and backward thru menus and options, various user adjustable visual & audible alarms, capability to switch between two NITROX mixes, SmartGlo backlighting, adjustable countdown timers, and the list goes on from there. With the VEO 3.0 you can even analyze you dive profiles by downloading them to a PC using the optional PC Interface and OceanLog software.
The Oceanic VEO 3.0 also features “Firmware Auto-Update”. This new capability (along with an optional cable) will allow the user to connect the unit to a PC and download & install operational improvements as well as possible new features that Oceanic may release.
