The V-16 fins combine 4 material compounds to create a light weight split fin without sacrificing speed, comfort and maneuverability. This mix of materials actually enhances performance and efficiency. Oceanic's V-16 fins are 30% faster than many other split fin designs. All of this with less effort, stress and strain to the wearer which in turn results in greater comfort and control. Oceanic's use of semi rigid battens combined with natural rubber flex panels, precisely controls the fin blade's shape during the kick cycle to optimize the power and reduce the drag. The foot pocket of the Vortex V-16 fin is ergonomically designed to fit virtually all foot sizes as well as a wide range of boot styles. The adjustable strap, with standard quick release buckles, has thumb loops for ease of adjustment with or without gloves.
